All Jazzy’s Cups & Stuff products are handmade with care. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Processing Times

Ready-made items will generally be processed within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order or personalised items may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing time will be shown on the product listing.

Shipping Within Australia

Orders are shipped within Australia using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur after your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
